let's make a sandwich!!!!!!






















Whenever we have the oportunity to work with food we grab it!



Classes on food are delicious, good for your vocabulary good for your appetite.
Since our classes start at 8:00 in the morning, we decided to prepare something lighter, with fruits and vegetables, bread of course - it's breakfast time.

Inter 1 prepared sandwiches and fruit vitamin. Check the recipes:


Fresh sandwich
Ingredients:
brown bread
slices of smoked turkey breast
lettuce
tomato
cheese
mayonnaise
ketchup
ham
cream of turkey


How to prepare:
Place all the ingredients on the slices of bread (simple and fast). The amount of each one depends on you!
Vitamin
ingredients
papaya
banana
apple
pineapple
milk
sugar
How to prepare:
of course, blend all the ingredients in a blender. help yourself. sugar? as much as you want.
