Looking for paradise - Alicia Keys duets with Alejandro Sanz
Chart-busting Alicia Keys and Madrid's Alejandro Sanz have recorded a song together for the first time.
'We met a long time ago in Lisbon, Portugal, at a Rock in Río festival,' Sanz told reporters,'and we felt a connection straight away. When we next met, we started improvising, singing and playing music,' he went on, 'and it was impressive, something really magical. We wasted no time in recording it.'
'Alicia is very pure and spiritual woman and very true to her music,' he added. 'I think the song will surprise a lot of people. It's a very positive, musical and lyrical song that invites listeners to find their own personal paradise, a paradise that more often than not is inside of us, even though we look everywhere else to find it, he concluded.

PORK CHOPS?
In a zoo in California , a mother tiger gave birth to a rare set of triplet tiger babies. Unfortunately, due to complications in the pregnancy, the babies were born prematurely and due to their tiny size, they died shortly after birth.
The mother tiger after recovering from the delivery, suddenly started to decline in health, although physically she was fine. The veterinarians felt that the loss of her babies had caused the tigress to fall into a depression. The doctors decided that if the tigress could surrogate another mother's cub's, perhaps she would improve.
After checking with many other zoos across the country, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs of the right age to introduce to the mourning mother. The veterinarians decided to try something that had never been tried in a zoo environment. Sometimes a mother of one species, will take on the care of a different species. The only 'orphans' that could be found quickly, were a litter of weanling pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped the piglets in tiger skin and placed the babies around the mother tiger. Would they become babies or pork chops??

3 pink grapefruit
1 sweet potato
A delicious alcohol free party pleaser that will blow both socks off. Ask the host if you can take your juicer to the party. Enjoy an enzyme high without a nasty hangover.
Athlete’s Super Fuel
1/2 watermelon
1 lemon
5 oranges
1 can frozen pineapple concentrate
Citrus Slurp
1 grapefruit
1 orange
Citrus juice made from a hand citrus juicer and a centrifugal force juice extractor can be quite different. The electric juice extractor produces a thick frothy juice, which is more tart. The quality and the nutritional value of the two are similar so it is only a matter of preference. This is an awesome wake-up and is healthier than coffee. It may take a little more time to make, but you will gain time because of the sharp mind that you will have in whatever you do.
