Sudoku is a number placement puzzle based on logic rather than mathematics.

The concept of Sudoku is simple. The game is most frequently a 9x9 grid made up of 3x3 subgrids. Some cells already contain numbers, known as "givens". The goal is to fill in the empty cells, one number in each, so that each column, row, and region contains the numbers 1 through 9 exactly once. Each number in the solution therefore occurs only once in each of three "directions", hence the "single numbers" implied by the puzzle's title.

The main key to have to help solve these puzzles is patience and your use of logic skills.
This game is very clever, but it can sometimes make you feel as if you are going round in circles. It should be noted that there is only one valid solution to each puzzle.
